SHM-ITER is the only school in the entire
region that has state of art facilities to teach and train students in the ever evolving hospitality and catering business. The 30,000 sq ft of gleaming school building incorporates modern labs and classrooms.
The most significant is a multi-cuisine restaurant that is run commercially by the students and faculty and provides an opportunity to test systems and procedures. Institutes of hotel management are often blamed for lack of application in teaching. This shall now change with our live labs be it food and beverage or in the accommodation division.
